Yes, we offer professional binding mounting and base tuning. If you purchase both skis and bindings from us, mounting is included for free. Please ensure you provide your boot sole length (BSL) in millimeters during the checkout process.
What is your return policy for winter gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, once bindings have been mounted to skis, they are considered a custom build and cannot be returned.
How long does shipping take for oversized items like skis and snowboards?
Standard shipping for oversized equipment typically takes 5-7 business days. We use specialized reinforced packaging to ensure your gear arrives in perfect condition. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for last-minute trips.
Are the products sold at Ski Barn covered by a warranty?
All products are 100% authentic and covered by the full manufacturer's warranty. This typically covers structural defects or manufacturing flaws for 1-2 years from the date of purchase, depending on the brand.
Do you offer international shipping for international customers?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and import duties for Canadian orders are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and package weight.
