At Ski Barn, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your mountain adventures. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items, including all original tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the equipment at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
